Refund 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange merchandise in its original condition (unworn & tags still attached) within 30 days of purchase date. Please email support@talosmoon.com for a Return Authorization number. Sale items cannot be refunded, but can be exchanged for a different size or another item of equal or lesser value. Free return shipping on your first order*. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs on returns back to Talosmoon for additional orders. Didn't like the color or sizing? For exchanges, we'll waive the return shipping cost on items sent to you*.

If a package is sent back to Talosmoon HQ as “return to sender”, the customer will be notified. The customer is then responsible for the new shipping charge to resend the package. If the customer wishes to cancel the order, we will refund the amount minus the shipping charge. Any returns made without a Talosmoon issued Return Authorization number OR returned worn/without tags attached will not be accepted. Talosmoon reserves the right to reject any return and will determine action on a case by case scenario. If you receive a defective item, please contact support@talosmoon.com so we can resolve the situation immediately.

If a refund is issued, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to post on your account.

We will ship our clothing to anyone, anywhere in the world. All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
